Lani is in an uproar about this latest blow to cycling in Victoria, BC. Some friend of hers is a Care Aide and says he's never needed a car, after decades of this kind of work, and now the employer is requiring everyone to own a vehicle. And NO pay raise! . . . I know I'd hate to fork out two or three grand for a vehicle right before summer. I'm saving for a trip.
